Register on FoSCoS Portal
Create account at foscos.fssai.gov.in using your mobile number and email. Complete OTP verification.
Select License Type

- Re-packing (if packaging bulk into retail)
Fill Application Form
Complete Form B with all business details, premises information, and product categories. Be accurate — errors cause delays.
Upload Documents
Upload all required documents in prescribed formats (PDF, JPG). Ensure documents are clear and legible.
Pay Fees Online
Pay license fees via net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Keep payment receipt for records.
Inspection (If Required)

Receive License
Once approved, download your 14-digit FSSAI license from the portal. Print and display at business premises.
